| Q. Are the fees listed always the same for any property? |
| A. There are times when the fee for an appraisal will be increased. This is typically due to two issues: Distance traveled and/or Complex properties. If the property is located in a rural area a travel fee may be incurred. Also, complex properties are those that are either large, custom homes or properties with large acreage or similar complexities. Please call for a price quote on these types of properties. |
| Q. I am a lender. If I send you an order today, how soon can I expect the report? |
| A. We will attempt to contact the borrower typically within hours of your order. Once we contact the borrower and schedule the inspection, we will notify you of the inspection date. The report will be delivered no later than 72 hours from the date of inspection and typically 24 to 48 hours from the date of inspection. Based upon a typical transaction, the average turn around rate is 48 to 72 hours from the time the order is sent. |
